An Advance Care Directive can sometimes be referred to as a living will. It is written by an individual about & for themselves.
An Advance Care Directive is a written document of your preferences for future care. It “is an important way of letting people know your wishes about your healthcare and treatment should you find yourself in a position where you are seriously ill or injured and not able to make decisions”.

The Inplace Care worker visiting your home is taking the necessary measures to ensure you say safe.
This includes following advice from Australia’s Chief Medical Officer about when to use equipment such as masks, gloves, aprons or gowns, and protective eyewear.
Most importantly, look after yourself and keep safe.
The program will run for 4 weeks in February 2021.
