Equipment, resources, building modifications & technology can play a massive role in supporting people with special needs to maintain their independence, safety & quality of life. Many of the products that can be purchased are often relatively inexpensive & straightforward but can have a significant impact on a person’s life.

A raised toilet seat or over toilet frame can be the difference between a person being able to toilet independently or not. Similarly, a comfy lounge chair which can raise a person from the seated position to semi-standing posture can be a huge help!

Sometimes it can be as simple as changes to furniture position, room layout, decluttering, amount or strength of lighting etc.

Whether it is for routine care services or supporting you with avenues to find the right advice you need, InPlace Care is a company that is committed to supporting all people in all stages of their life. Register now to find the best educated carers.
