Pardon the pun, but the other great flexibility of Tai Chi is that it can be done by yourself, with a partner, in small or large groups, with an instructor, in person or online, at home or in public, indoors or outdoors. Providing informal, unpaid care to a friend or relative, combined with formal paid work and additional family obligations, can be incredibly overwhelming.

A new Home Care service InPlace Care has started in Melbourne utilizing University students studying health as a workforce providing a safe convenient service to those people living at home needing support.

The World Health Organisation (very much in the news throughout the current Coronavirus pandemic), defines health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”.

Many people in unpaid roles do not identify themselves as carers & may not fully understand the need for self-care. Carers may experience feelings of loneliness, isolation & even resentment. Carers can feel that their needs should be secondary to the person requiring care & will not seek advice, assistance or additional support.
When the carer’s needs are ignored, it can have a significant impact on their wellbeing.
Use modern technology to service your loved ones safely to maintain their independence in their own homes at a Cost-Effective Price.
