A new Home Care service InPlace Care has started in Melbourne utilizing University students studying health as a workforce providing a safe convenient service to those people living at home needing support.
Non-clinical in home care is care in the home provided by non-clinical caregivers who assist with activities of daily living including going to the local shops, picking up prescriptions, cooking nutritious meals, cleaning the house, running errands. We call them our Lifestyle Support staff.
We know that it is important to lead a healthy lifestyle and this doesn’t change as you get older, however, what does change is your body and with that your nutritional needs. The current lockdown restrictions in Support of the Anti-COVID 19 program can also restrict the opportunity for the elderly to eat healthy foods.

The Inplace Care worker visiting your home is taking the necessary measures to ensure you say safe.
This includes following advice from Australia’s Chief Medical Officer about when to use equipment such as masks, gloves, aprons or gowns, and protective eyewear.
Most importantly, look after yourself and keep safe.
The program will run for 4 weeks in February 2021.
The promotional FOC Care is only redeemable for new Clients that register and receive Care in February 2021.
